On the 2nd March 2019, Deliberately Engaging helped to conduct a community panel for Melbourne Water in Melbourne, Victoria, Australia

Over the course of the day the panel’s 30 members, selected to reflect the broader Melbourne community, heard from experts on the challenges and opportunities ahead, and discussed the aspects of our services they most valued.

This was the first time Melbourne Water used a deliberative engagement approach to develop their Price Submission, reflecting a commitment to best-practice engagement and effective decision-making with the community.
