City of Kingston Council
Kingston Libraries Community Panel
During March to April 2019, Deliberately Engaging helped to conduct a community panel for the City of Kingston Council in south-east Melbourne, Victoria, Australia
The council undertook a Library Strategy via a collaborative engagement process that involved the local community, including library users and non-library users, and internal stakeholders.
The process included both broad and deliberative engagement. The broad engagement phase included a wide range of perspectives through engagement with people from all walks of life. Every Kingston ratepayer and library staff member had an opportunity to get involved and have their say.
